Michał Jakubowicz

Michał Jakubowicz is a Professor at SWPS University in Wrocław, Poland, where he serves in the Faculty of Law and Social Communication within the Department of Graphic Arts. He is also the head of the Graphics Gallery at the Institute of Design and serves as director of postgraduate studies in photography.

His academic profile spans visual arts, photography, and communication and media research. As an active visual artist, he uses photography, film, objects, and drawing in his work, with particular interest in the theory and practice of visual arts as ways of reflecting on culture and communication.
