Dr Michalis Constantinides is a Lecturer in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Glasgow's School of Education, serving as Programme Director for the MEd Educational Leadership. He holds a PhD, MSc, MA, BSc, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). His research focuses on education system management, collaborative problem-solving, educational change, and equity in schooling. He explores how leaders navigate systemic complexities and drive improvement through school collaboration.
Research Interests: School and systems leadership, educational change, network-based improvement, equity, and professional learning. His work emphasizes systemic perspectives and leadership roles in fostering equitable educational outcomes.
Publications: His recent work includes studies on leadership in New Zealand, multi-school organizations in England, and collaborative school practices. Key themes involve policy adaptation, institutional logics, and leadership in disruptive environments.
