Dr Michalis Constantinides is a Lecturer in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Glasgow's School of Education, serving as Programme Director for the MEd Educational Leadership. He holds a PhD, MSc, MA, BSc, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). His research focuses on education system management, collaborative problem-solving, educational change, and equity in schooling.
