Michael Watkins is a Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Philosophy at Auburn University. He holds adjunct and visiting appointments at Dalhousie University (Canada), the University of Rijeka (Croatia), and Cornell University. With a PhD from The Ohio State University, he has taught at Auburn for 20 years and served as a past Lanier Professor.
