Michael Spencer is an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow and Casual Research Assistant at Impact Labs, Monash University. His work focuses on climate change adaptation, environmental governance, and corporate climate regulation. Spencer holds a 2020 HDR Writing Prize from Monash Business Law and Taxation.
