Michael Roberto

Michael Roberto serves as the Trustee Professor of Management at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Previously, he spent six years as a faculty member at Harvard Business School before joining Bryant University. His academic journey includes earning a DBA and MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard College.

Roberto's research focuses on strategic decision-making processes and top management teams, with additional expertise in leadership, creativity, innovation, and organizational behavior. His work bridges academic theory with practical business applications, particularly in the areas of team dynamics, decision processes, and creative problem-solving methodologies.
