Roberto Quaglia is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Management at the Paris campus of ESCP Business School, Europe's first business school. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas and has extensive experience in academia and consulting. Prior to his current role, he served as Dean of the Turin campus (2004–2013), leading its establishment as part of ESCP's global network. His teaching spans MiM, MS, MBA, and EMBA programs, focusing on Strategy, Problem Solving, Leadership, and Communication.
His research interests include strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, family business governance, and sustainability. Notable works explore Industry 4.0's impact on SMEs, digital transformation risks in Tunisia, and the role of family firms in consumer markets. He actively contributes to executive education, advising leadership teams on strategic challenges and change management.
Quaglia's academic journey includes a Master in Management (ESCP) and a Laurea from the University of Turin. He trained in case study methodology at Harvard Business School. His research is published across peer-reviewed journals, emphasizing practical applications for businesses and policymakers.
