Dr. Mehdi Hossein-Nejad is an Associate Teaching Professor and Associate Dean of Academic Strategy at the Faculty of Business and Information Technology (FBIT) at Ontario Tech University. His research focuses on competitive dynamics, organizational attention, and behavioral strategy, particularly examining how managerial cognition influences strategic decision-making. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Western University’s Ivey Business School, an MBA, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
