Michael N. Wosczyna, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. His research focuses on the cellular and molecular mechanisms of tissue maintenance, regeneration, and aging, particularly in skeletal muscle contexts. He earned his PhD from the University of Connecticut and completed postdoctoral training at Stanford University School of Medicine under the Rando Group, supported by the Glenn Center for Biology of Aging.
