Michael Møller Bech is an Associate Professor at Aalborg University, affiliated with the Faculty of Engineering and Science and the Department of Power Electronics Packaging, Materials and Emerging Applications. His research focuses on power electronics, semiconductor devices (e.g., SiC MOSFETs), medium voltage systems, and motor control. He holds a PhD from Aalborg University and has previously worked as a Senior HW/SW EE Engineer at Motorola (2006–2009) and served as an Assistant Professor (1999–2002) and Associate Professor (2002–2006) at Aalborg University.
