Michael Melgaard

Prof. Michael Melgaard is a chaired Professor of Mathematics (Analysis and Partial Differential Equations) at the University of Sussex, UK. His academic journey includes positions at Uppsala University (Sweden), Dublin Institute of Technology (Ireland), and postdoctoral fellowships across Europe. He specializes in mathematical physics, particularly quantum mechanics and quantum chemistry, focusing on spectral theory, nonlinear PDEs, and operator methods.
