Prof. Thomas Østergaard Sørensen is a faculty member at the Mathematical Institute of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich (LMU). His research focuses on mathematical physics, quantum mechanics, and the analysis of partial differential equations (PDEs), particularly those describing electron densities and wavefunctions in Coulombic and pseudorelativistic systems.
