Prof. Dr. Michael Kosfeld is a Professor of Management and Microeconomics at Goethe University Frankfurt since 2008. He holds a PhD in Economics from Tilburg University (1999) and previously worked at the University of Zurich's Institute for Empirical Economic Research. His research focuses on behavioral and organizational economics, particularly experimental studies of social interaction, bounded rationality, and incentive psychology. He directs the Frankfurt Laboratory for Experimental Economics (FLEX) and the Center for Leadership and Behavior in Organizations (CLBO).
