Dr. Michael Koddebusch is a PostDoc researcher at the University of Münster’s Chair of Information Systems and Information Management (Prof. Becker). His work focuses on digital transformation in public administration, e-Government, and assistive technologies. He holds a PhD in Information Systems and has professional experience as an IT Project Management Coordinator (Marsh & McLennan Companies) and Junior Project Manager (melting elements).

Research & Projects: Leads the FOR 5393 sub-project on e-competence in medium-sized administrations, develops the eGov-Campus platform for public sector education, and co-created the GIGA sign language translation app. His work explores digital governance, process management, and inclusive technologies.
Teaching: Teaches courses on Information Systems, e-Government, and digital transformation in public administration. Recent courses include ‘Public Services’ (2025), ‘Digital Towns of the Future’ (2024), and ‘Process Mining’ (2023).
Funding & Grants: Involved in DFG-funded research (e.g., FOR 5393), federal projects (eGov-Campus), and NRW’s 5G initiative for assistive tech.
