Michael J. Naughton

Dr. Michael Naughton holds the Koch Chair in Catholic Studies and directs the Center for Catholic Studies at the University of St. Thomas. A professor with dual appointments in Catholic Studies and Business, he has authored 12 books including 'What We Hold in Trust: Rediscovering the Purpose of Catholic Higher Education' and 'Getting Work Right: Labor and Leisure in a Fragmented World'. His research examines Catholic social teaching's application to business, education, and organizational leadership.

Dr. Naughton serves on multiple boards including Reell Precision Manufacturing and contributes to Vatican documents on business ethics. His honors include the Monika K. Hellwig Award for contributions to Catholic intellectual life.
