Michael J. Costello is a Teaching Professor at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, affiliated with the Ed G. Smith College of Business. His work spans business law, ethics, and the legal challenges of global corporations, with a focus on medical business ethics. Teaching Expertise: Legal Environment of Business, International Business Law, and Ethics. Courses include BUS AD 2900 - Legal Environment of Business, BUS AD 5900 - Law, Ethics and Business, and INTL BUS 3280 - The Law of International Business Transactions. He leads alternating study tours to Abu Dhabi/Dubai, Belgium/Netherlands, Israel, and Oxford, England.
Professional Background: Former legal roles at Agribrands Int’l, Inc., Ralston Purina Company, and Monsanto, managing international legal affairs across 16 countries. Practicing attorney at Nordic Law Consultants and Thompson & Coburn.
