Michael Haber

Dr. Michael Haber is a Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at Emory University. He has been affiliated with Emory since 1983, specializing in stochastic modeling for infectious diseases and vaccine efficacy analysis. His research focuses on estimating parameters for vaccine effectiveness in influenza, pneumococcal, rotavirus, and other diseases.

Education:

• PhD from Hebrew University, Jerusalem

Research Interests: Dr. Haber’s work integrates statistical methods with epidemiological data to evaluate vaccination programs and infectious disease dynamics. He applies survival analysis and categorical data techniques to observational studies and clinical trials.
