Michael Gill is an Associate Professor in Organisation Studies at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. His research focuses on workers' experiences of modern work, qualitative research methods, and professional regulation. He holds a doctorate from Jesus College, University of Oxford, funded by the Centre for Professional Service Firms. Prior to academia, he worked in sales and marketing at Unilever and PepsiCo, then as a consultant at Kearney focusing on organizational redesign.
