Michael G. Müller is a Professor of East European History at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, where he has held the chair since 1996. His academic career spans institutions in Frankfurt/Main, Giessen, Berlin, and the European University Institute in Florence. He is a co-editor of Kwartalnik Historyczny and chairs the Joint Polish-German Commission for Textbook Revision.
