Michael Dzakovich

Michael Dzakovich is a Research Plant Physiologist with the USDA-ARS Children's Nutrition Research Center (CNRC) and holds a courtesy appointment as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics-Nutrition at Baylor College of Medicine. His work bridges plant physiology, genetics, analytical chemistry, and human nutrition to enhance the nutritional quality of plant-based foods.
