Michael Dominik

Michael Dominik is an Associate Teaching Professor of Entrepreneurship at Rowan University's School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. With over 30 years of experience as an engineer, manager, and entrepreneur, he previously held leadership positions at General Electric and Lockheed Martin, and co-founded a technology startup acquired by a strategic partner.

His research examines servant leadership in entrepreneurial environments, organizational processes, and innovative teaching methodologies. Dominik's scholarly work focuses on entrepreneurship education, particularly through community college programs, makerspace integration, and interactive pedagogical tools.

Recent publications analyze entrepreneurship education frameworks, including studies on disadvantaged student programs, customer discovery teaching methods, and interdisciplinary collaboration models. His research consistently addresses practical applications of entrepreneurial theory in educational and industrial contexts.
