Michael Diamond-Hunter

Michael Diamond-Hunter is a Teaching Professor in Philosophy of Science at the University of Cambridge's Department of History and Philosophy of Science. He holds cross-institutional affiliations as an Associate at the Centre for Philosophy of Epidemiology, Medicine, and Public Health (Durham/University of Johannesburg) and a Research Associate at the University of Johannesburg. His work bridges philosophy of science, race/gender studies, and public health, earning the 2024 PSA Prize in Philosophy of Science and Race for his paper on biological race.
