Jingyi Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at the London School of Economics (LSE). Her research bridges epistemology (feminist, social, and formal) and philosophy of physics, with a focus on mathematical tools for analyzing social and physical structures.

Research examines social epistemology using network models and foundational questions in physics via geometric/topological methods. She advocates for diversity in academia and integrates feminist perspectives into philosophy of physics.
Community Building includes co-directing Minorities and Philosophy (MAP) from 2018–2021, chairing the LPS climate committee at LSE (2021–22), and serving on the Underrepresented Philosophy of Science Scholars (UPSS) Committee at the Philosophy of Science Association.
Teaching highlights inclusive, skill-based pedagogy, including designing new courses like Asian American Philosophy at UC Irvine and teaching Philosophy of Gender and Race at LSE. She also taught Computational Models of Diversity and Inequity at the MCMP Summer School in 2024.
