Michael De Groot

Michael De Groot is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Studies at the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies, Indiana University Bloomington. His research focuses on 20th-century international, diplomatic, and economic history, particularly the intersection of political economy and security during the Cold War. He is currently a W. Glenn Campbell and Rita Ricardo-Campbell National Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University (2024–25).
