Michael Cressman

Michael Cressman is an Associate Professor - Clinical in the Department of Animal Sciences at The Ohio State University, affiliated with the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences. His research focuses on poultry science, meat science, and avian biology, with a particular emphasis on topics like adipogenic differentiation in poultry cells, avian muscle disorders, and microbiome interactions in poultry production systems.
