Michael C. Wright

Michael C. Wright, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Drexel University College of Medicine. As a licensed clinical psychologist, he provides patient care at Tower Health Medical Group Vine Street in Philadelphia, specializing in psychodynamic and relational approaches. His work integrates feminist theory, humanistic psychology, and trauma-informed models, with emphasis on social identity and systemic oppression. He oversees the psychology practicum program, supervising 4-6 doctoral students annually in psychotherapy and psychological assessment within community mental health settings.
