Michael Bresalier

Dr. Michael Bresalier is a Lecturer in the History of Medicine at Swansea University’s School of Culture and Communication, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. He co-directs the Medical Humanities Research Centre, organizing workshops and conferences on themes like resilience in healthcare and the intersection of disease with the natural world. His research spans social, cultural, and political approaches to modern medicine, focusing on human-animal infections, the 'livestock revolution', and global health organizations.
