Michael Bray is a Professor of Practice at Deakin University's Faculty of Business and Law, specializing in Integrated Reporting and corporate governance. With 45 years of experience, including 27 years as a KPMG audit partner, he leads the Deakin Business Value Creation Centre and contributes to global integrated reporting initiatives through the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). His expertise spans corporate reporting strategies, energy policy, and sustainability.
