Michael Berry is a Senior Lecturer at Baylor Law School's Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing (LARC) program. He joined Baylor in 2009 as Director of the Career Development Office and began teaching as an adjunct professor in 2011. He currently teaches LARC 3: Persuasive Communications and LARC 5: Litigation Drafting. Additionally, he coaches moot-court teams and serves as faculty advisor to the Harvey M. Richey Moot Court Society.

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, with High Honors, University of Texas at Austin (1976)
- Juris Doctor, University of Texas School of Law (1986), graduated with honors and member of The Order of the Coif
His expertise spans legal writing, appellate advocacy, and litigation drafting, reflecting his 22-year career in private practice at Thompson & Knight. He specialized in product-liability cases for pharmaceutical and medical-device manufacturers before transitioning to academia. His contributions include associate development at his law firm and leadership in Baylor Law’s curricular and extracurricular programs.
