Michael Barber is an Honorary Fellow and a globally recognized expert in government effectiveness. He currently serves as Adviser to Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Effective Delivery and acts as the Foreign Secretary’s Envoy to the Palestinian Authority on Effective Governance.
