Mette Frahm Olsen

Mette Frahm Olsen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Nutrition, Exercise and Sports, University of Copenhagen, and a Senior Researcher at the Department of Infectious Diseases, Rigshospitalet. Her academic career spans global health, nutrition research, and epidemiology with a focus on low-resource settings.
