Mercy Masaeli

Mercy Masaeli is a Research Student and Doctoral Tutor at the University of Sussex Business School. She holds an MSc in Global Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the University of Sussex (2015–2016) and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA, 2022). Her research focuses on sustainable business models and innovation, particularly business model change within organizational contexts.
