معرفی
Dr. Maryam Hosseini is a visiting lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at City St George's, University of London, where she teaches undergraduate mathematics modules. Her research focuses on the intersection of operator algebras and dynamical systems, particularly those involving the Cantor set.
Research Interests
Her work explores how dimension groups—a type of partially ordered group—can model orbit interactions in dynamical systems. By leveraging Bratteli diagrams, she investigates connections between topological factoring, eigenvalue groups, and symbolic dynamics, with applications to computer science and combinatorics.
