Dr. Meng Tian is an Associate Professor in Educational Leadership and Director of Global Engagement for the College of Social Science at the University of Birmingham. She joined the Education Leadership Academy in 2021 and holds dual roles in teaching and administration. Her work focuses on distributed leadership, social justice, and global citizenship education.
