Dr. Meltem Izzetoglu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Villanova University's College of Engineering. Her research focuses on biomedical signal analysis and optical brain imaging systems, requiring extensive interdisciplinary collaboration across clinicians, neuroscientists, engineers, and industry partners.
