Dr. Melissa Wheeler is a Senior Lecturer in Management at RMIT University's College of Business, specializing in moral psychology and applied ethics. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Melbourne and has contributed to top-tier journals like Leadership Quarterly and Journal of Business Ethics. Her research focuses on workplace flexibility, gender roles, ethical leadership, and emerging leader challenges. She is the Executive MBA Program Director at RMIT and previously served at Swinburne University of Technology. Melissa has received multiple awards, including the Dean's Merit Award and RMIT Media Stars recognition. She leads initiatives such as the Social Enterprise Research Network and contributes to platforms like Forbes and Psychology Today.
