Melissa Lee

Melissa Lee, EdD, is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Professional School Counseling program and BS Psychology degree program at Lancaster Bible College. She holds a full-time role overseeing academic programs focused on student development and psychological studies. Her work emphasizes integrating faith with professional practice in counseling and education.

Research & Practice: Dr. Lee’s expertise centers on school counseling’s role in fostering student social-emotional growth, academic success, and post-secondary planning. She advocates for counseling as a vocation rooted in service and God’s calling. Her clinical background and 12+ years in public education inform her teaching and program leadership.

Professional Development: Currently pursuing Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification to enhance her instructional and clinical guidance for students.
