Melina Allahverdian

Melina Allahverdian is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Occupational Therapy at the USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, University of Southern California. She holds clinical expertise in neurological rehabilitation, specializing in chronic headache management, post-concussion recovery, and chronic pain interventions. Her clinical practice extends to autoimmune disorder support, weight management programs, and college student wellness. Dr. Allahverdian graduated from UCSB with a Biological Sciences bachelor’s degree and earned her OT doctorate from USC, completing her clinical residency at the USC Occupational Therapy Faculty Practice.

Her research interests focus on empowering individuals to build inspiring lifestyles through occupational therapy, emphasizing holistic approaches to health and well-being. She maintains active involvement in Armenian community service development and personal interests in culinary arts, yoga instruction, and family engagement.
