Hilary Stanek is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Occupational Therapy at the USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy. She holds an OTD (2023), MA in Occupational Therapy (2022) from USC, and a BS in Family and Human Services (2012) from the University of Oregon. She specializes in Lifestyle Redesign® interventions for chronic neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and chronic headaches. Her clinical work focuses on addressing non-apparent symptoms often overlooked in traditional healthcare, emphasizing personalized fatigue management and self-management strategies.
