Melchizedek Amoakwah

Melchizedek Amoakwah is a Doctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. His research focuses on inorganic chemistry, materials science, and coordination chemistry, with a particular emphasis on synthesizing and characterizing novel copper-based complexes.

Research interests include catalysis, structural characterization of metal complexes, and the development of advanced materials. His recent work includes studies on heteroleptic dipyridophenazine-based copper complexes, contributing to advancements in inorganic synthesis and materials design.

Amoakwah teaches courses such as KJM2500 (Synthesis and Characterisation), KJM1111 (Organic Chemistry I), and KJM3200 (Organic Chemistry II). He is part of the Catalysis and Organic Chemistry research groups at the University of Oslo.
