Mehmet Onur Fen is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at TED University, where he also serves as Head of Department. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Middle East Technical University (METU) and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from METU. After completing his postdoctoral research at the Neuroscience Institute, Georgia State University (USA) from 2014 to 2015, he joined TED University in 2016.
His research interests span Differential Equations, Dynamic Systems and Ergodic Theory, and Functional Equations. He has taught courses such as Advanced Calculus, Real Analysis, Complex Analysis, and Advanced Engineering Mathematics across multiple academic terms.
Dr. Fen’s academic contributions include over 70 publications in WoS-indexed journals and Scopus, with an H-index of 296 (WoS) and 533 (Scopus).
