Mehdi Pourmorteza

Mehdi Pourmorteza, DO is an Assistant Professor and Associate Program Director of the General Internal Medicine Residency Program at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). He holds dual affiliations with the Department of Internal Medicine and the Hospice & Palliative Care division at ETSU. His academic journey includes a BS in Biology (Summa Cum Laude) from ETSU, DO from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Internal Medicine residency at ETSU, and a Hospice & Palliative Care fellowship at Duke University.
