Dr. Meghna Sabharwal is a Professor in the Department of Public and Nonprofit Management at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), serving concurrently as Associate Provost for Faculty Success. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Arizona State University (ASU) and has held academic and research roles at institutions like The City College of New York and ASU. Her research focuses on Human Resource Management, workforce diversity, gender equity, and comparative public administration practices. She has led initiatives in diversity and inclusion, mentoring, and organizational justice in public sector contexts.
Dr. Sabharwal’s academic preparation includes a Ph.D. from ASU (2008), an M.S. in Agribusiness (2003), and a B.S. in Agriculture Sciences (1998). She has held administrative roles such as Program Head of Public and Nonprofit Management (2018–2022) and PhD Director at UTD (2016–2018).
