Michelle D. Evans is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science & Public Service at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC), where she joined in Fall 2016. Her research focuses on nonprofit management, social equity, and public administration pedagogy, with significant contributions to intersectionality and mentoring frameworks.
