Meghan Duda is an Assistant Professor of Photography and Design at North Dakota State University (NDSU), part of the College of Engineering and Architecture. She holds an M.F.A. from the University of North Dakota and a B.Arch. from Virginia Tech. Her work focuses on experimental landscape photography using handmade pinhole cameras like the Trailer Obscura, emphasizing themes of place, time, and ecology. Duda has exhibited nationally and internationally, including solo shows in Fargo, Omaha, and Lincoln. Notable projects include Two Mississippi (2019) and A Gift of Good Land (2021), exploring prairie and river landscapes. Awards include the Thesis Merit Award (2005) and an Honorable Mention in the Of Memory, Bone, and Myth Exhibition (2011).
