Dr. Medya Fathi is an Assistant Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Manhattan University, with dual licensure as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Green Associate. Her research focuses on public-private partnerships (PPP), sustainable construction, and decision-making models in infrastructure projects. She teaches courses on construction management, sustainability, and civil engineering fundamentals. Dr. Fathi advises the Manhattan University Society of Women Engineers and serves on the Phi Kappa Phi Study Abroad Committee.

She has secured grants from NSF, ASEE, and transportation agencies, focusing on 3D printing for culverts, system-level engineering education, and sustainable construction practices.
