Medine Ispir Arslan

Assoc. Prof. Medine Ispir Arslan is a faculty member in the Civil Engineering Department at Istanbul Technical University. Her research focuses on masonry structures, reinforced concrete behavior, and earthquake engineering with emphasis on historical building preservation. She holds a PhD from Istanbul Technical University and has held academic positions since 2000.

Her 2022 paper investigates low-strength concrete properties, while 2015 research explores PET-FRP confined concrete.
