Dr. May Thet Nwe is a Lecturer in Leadership and Management at Bournemouth University. She holds a PhD from the University of Essex and an MBA from the University of Portsmouth. Her research focuses on leadership in diverse cultural contexts, particularly exploring non-Western perspectives and traditional leadership philosophies rooted in Buddhist Pali Canon literature. She advocates for a 'Worldly Leadership' framework that embraces global diversity in leadership practices.
