Kamilah Majied is Professor of Social Work at California State University, Monterey Bay, specializing in mental health therapy, equity-focused education, and contemplative approaches to diversity and inclusion. Her work integrates Buddhist psychology and Black wisdom traditions to develop anti-oppressive practices. Author of 'Joyfully Just: Black Wisdom and Buddhist Insights for Liberated Living' (2024), she consults internationally on inclusive leadership development.
