Dr. Adrianna Crossing is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Psychology at Northeastern University. Her research integrates critical theories into health service psychology, focusing on social justice training for school psychologists and addressing racism-based stressors in Black families through collaborations with the EMBRace Lab at the University of Michigan.

Her clinical expertise spans neurodevelopmental disorders, learning disorders, childhood anxiety, and oppression-based trauma. She co-authored NASP’s 2021 Resolution Committing to Anti-Racism and currently co-chairs NASP’s Social Justice Committee.
Research Themes: Critical race theory applications, behavioral health disparities, trauma-informed practices, and anti-racism frameworks in educational psychology.
