Dr. May Nasrawy is an Assistant Professor in Applied Social Science (Social Work and Social Care) at the University of Sussex, affiliated with the School of Education and Social Work. Her work focuses on child wellbeing, psychosocial resilience, and participatory research with children and families, particularly in conflict-affected contexts. She holds a PhD from the University of Sussex, conducted between 2017–2021, exploring the role of art in promoting wellbeing among marginalized youth.
